What a night actually costs.
Published up front and priced by size. You shouldn't have to call around or fill in a form to find out what boarding your dog costs.
Final pricing can vary with accommodations and any extra services you add. You'll see every option and the exact total when you request dates in the portal.
Never boarded before? Start with a daycare day.
One full or half day before a first overnight lets your dog meet the staff and learn the place while you're still nearby. Most first-time nerves — yours and theirs — sort themselves out on that first visit.
Before your first stay
Vaccine records, sorted early.
Every dog boarding with us needs current vaccinations on file. Getting this done before you book saves a scramble the week you're traveling. Most vets can email records the same day you call.

Proof of vaccination is required before any service. Your vet can usually send records the same day you call — upload them straight to your portal profile.

Can I bring my dog's own food?
Yes — and we'd rather you did. Switching food abruptly upsets most dogs' stomachs, so bring what they already eat and we'll feed it on the same schedule they follow at home.
Pre-portioned servings help but aren't required. Please label anything you bring with your dog's name and your last name.
Can you give my dog medication?
Yes. Our staff follow your written directions for medication and for any special feeding instructions. Label the medication with your dog's name and your last name, and give us the schedule at drop-off.
Can I check on my dog while I'm away?
Just ask. We send updates on request — plenty of people want one after the first night and then relax for the rest of the trip.
What time can I drop off and pick up?
Any time between 7:30am and 7pm, seven days a week — no narrow window to plan your travel around.
We do fill up, so book your dates as soon as you know them. Holidays go first.
My dog has never been boarded. Where do we start?
Start with a tour — book one ahead so a team member is free to walk you through and answer your questions properly.
Then create a pet profile in the portal — that's where you enter your dog's details, upload vaccination records and request your dates. You'll see the available options and your exact total before you submit.
What happens if my dog needs a vet while I'm away?
We call you right away and decide together, including whether to use your regular vet. If it can't wait, we go to whichever nearby vet can see your dog soonest. We work with several in the area. If we can't reach you, we keep trying until we do.
Do you board dogs that don't do well around other dogs?
Dogs are grouped by size, temperament and play style, so not every dog ends up in a big group. We are experienced with all types of dog temperaments and are comfortable working with dogs who prefer being away from groups.
